wrap remove: Remove wrap from system repository #45

remove-wrap does not remove packages from the system repository. Need to have a -system.

removes all versions of a package present in the system repo:
remove-wrap package -system

removes a specific version of a pacakge in the system repo:
remove-wrap package -system -version

Enables removing per version, removing on system repo and removing last version. Closed by e978c29.
