prevent output of outdated 'original' English texts; updates #818

This has impact on two structured data export interfaces:

- In the "XML interface", the names of the attributes 26 and 40 change.
  However, there also attrib IDs exportef, so the names should not be
  used by clients to identify the attribs.

- In the deprecated / undocumented XML download of search results,
  the names of some cache types change. Same as above: There are IDs
  to identify the cache, names should not matter.
