Create commands for themes :

  • theme list to list the available themes.
  • theme activate <theme-name> to enable and set the site theme.

Do we create a separate one to set the admin theme?

You can assign the theme executng a recipe and in the future, I guess @Jetski5822 's json api will also allow these actions.
