Got a error when use this api, need ur help

 I am using this api to interact with telegram bot, at first I could register to telegram. However, after my local encountered an unknown case, it broke. 

• in the beginning, it invoked this url: https://api.telegram.org/bot(...token...)/setWebhook

• I don't know why afterward it invoked another url:https://api.telegram.org/bot(...token...)/setMyCommands
