Problem reported by bio.au.dk folk where click trains not marking correctly.
Problem is them not restoring correclty when data reloaded.
Problem traced to multiple clicks having the same millis time and this confusint the matcher .
This was in turn due to some corrupt UID's in earlier versions. Have enforced a more strict match of time and UID which solves the issue
Will be released in 2.02.16b and later.
