Sud file spectrograms in viewer mode are not working properly

Sud files appear to not be showing at some times and not aligining with detections when viewing spectrogram in viewer mode. Unlcear whether this is also the case with wav files. Significant regression and bug since at least 2.02.16.

There were multiple issues, including that offline data was laoding old data requests due to a cancel request being...cancelled. Also issue in X3 library with multi channle files that is now fixed.
