Gsdx hw: Purge GSC_TalesOfAbyss crc hacks.

Depth and channel shuffle rendered correctly on all renderers.
Also add some missing crc ids for Tales of Abyss.

PS: I'm ninjaing 3000 builds on the buildbot 😄
