Description of Changes
Automatically pulls the latest SDL controller DB down from here https://github.com/gabomdq/SDL_GameControllerDB once a week, if there are any changes -- a PR is made.
Rationale behind Changes
Don't have to do this manually anymore, it will remain up to date more often with less effort.
