Duplicate, it is already handled elsewhere. Also cleanup some stuff.

Description of Changes
GPU and driver info is already handled elsewhere, this just duplicates the info.
Cleanup some useless code.
Rationale behind Changes
Duplicate code, cleaner.
Suggested Testing Steps
Make sure gl still works, logs are proper with gpu/driver info.
