Abstract
After a dozen net refactors, sync unification, and other things - the Refresh button is now basically useless and serves no purpose, let's remove it in favor of fully automatic synchronization.
To prevent the balance boxes from looking awkwardly squished, I added some buffer height via CSS.
On another note: we can use this extra UI space for something else in the future, perhaps in MPW v2.0.
