Update CHEBI import

I needed to merge CHEBI and PR, and when running ROBOT report, I got some errors on the multiple definitions violation.
It might be just an outdated CHEBI import in PR.

Here's an example of the term lipopolysaccharide:

Looks like you're correct. We are, unfortunately, at the last steps for a new PRO release, so any changes would have to wait for the next release. I can push that forward somewhat relative to current plans. In the mean time, can you grab only PR terms from PRO?
