Update GO import

I needed to merge PR and GO and after running ROBOT report, I got some errors on multiple labels violation.

For example, the term GO:0005667 has the label:
transcription regulator complex in GO
transcription factor complex in PR

Ugh, same issue as the other, same complications, and same suggested solutions.

The new release of PRO should have fixed this. Can you verify?

Very sorry for the delay! We had two key PRO developers retire this year, and it's been a bit of a struggle to get an update out.
