Plugin Prestashop 1.5.* y 1.6

Some minor fixes from v1.0.

In order to use this release, you need to:

1. download zip file
2. open file
3. rename src folder to pagofacil
4. zip pagofacil folder
5. follow your PrestaShop's manager instructions to install this zip file as a payment gateway
