Hi! I wanted to report that Paper version git-Paper-103 drastically changed performance of server. Now it loads 3 times faster and everything seems much more better! Good job!!!

That would be what you call a placebo effect. This build did not affect performance.

The performance jumped after the 100, so if 103 did not affect it then it was 102 or 101 (which I didn't had time to install) but I can assure that same plugins, same server, same players and three times better performance. that the last version I had which was the 100 ! If this is not correct, then maybe the host changed some hardware and they didn't advise, which it would be strange.
