Installing method: papirus-icon-theme from the Arch Community repos, v20211101-1
App name (version): Gnome Settings > About Section
Upon updating from Gnome 40 to Gnome 41, I noticed in the Gnome Settings > About section, the distro icon is impossibly small. Normally there is an icon displayed of the distro you are using, in my case EndeavourOS. This icon is usually supposed to be pretty big in size (sorry not sure of the actual pixel size, I just know normally it's a big icon). I've tried a few various other icon themes like Adwaita, Yaru, Arc-X-D, and those all display a rather large icon of the distro logo. But under papirus-icon-theme it is unusually small. I'm not 100% sure if this is a papirus issue or a Gnome issue, so my apologizes if this bug report is in the wrong place, but I just wanted to bring it to your attention. Love the papirus theme btw, been using it for years, can't imagine not using it! Keep up the great work you all do! I'll post a screenshot of how it looks for me with papirus under Gnome 41 vs adwaita icon theme under Gnome 41 below to reference:
papirus-icon-theme under Gnome 41.1
adwaita icon theme under Gnome 41.1
