This document was started at the Fifth Parallel-in-time Integration Workshop, held in Banff, CA at the BIRS facility. Some of the participants contributed to this document. To make edits to this document there are several options.
- You can navigate to the appropriate file on the github website, make your changes directly on the web interface, and then "propose the file change".
- You can fork a copy of this repository to your github account, edit the forked repository, make a pull request. Some instructions are listed in the GitHub help.
- You can also email updates directly to Ben at ongbw[at]mtu[dot]edu, and he will merge your changes into the document.
