Category could not be automatically determined by the info provider

Create part from info provider does not populate the category info even though it is retieving the field from the provider.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'Create parts from info provider '
2. Search for part
3. Click 'Create New Part' button
4. 'From Provider' field shows category, but category edit field is blank even though category has already been created in PartDB database. Yellow error box pops up "Category could not be automatically determined by the info provider. Review the data and select the category manually."

Expected behavior
Would expect the category information retrieved would be inserted into edit field just as footprint field has no issue populating, even for new footprints
