Some text files were previously stored in the git object database bearing CRLF as line terminators.
This fixes those files.
@yvesgoeleven I've checked the fonts (src/ServicePulse.Host/app/fonts/FontAwesome.otf, src/ServicePulse.Host/app/fonts/fontawesome-webfont.ttf). They've been unaltered since (at least) 666ca1e. No need to re-add them.
