- adds explanatory comments for all functions (from the header files)
- adds extended explanatory comments about two macros (SDL_DEFINE_PIXELFORMAT, SDL_DEFINE_FOURCC)
- constants which rely on these two macros are directly translated (no function involved)
- refines a few types
- excludes some macros from translation as they seem to be used internally only (open for discussion)
