Support for compound keys #385

I have a need for the use of compound keys. My first two stabs at shoe-horning these into BBR were not so great (adding uniqueids on the server, and altering parse() and toJSON() in BBR).

Any suggestions to an approach, what to look out for, etc., while I take a more thorough approach altering BBR itself to support them?

I guess the first step is to have models have an idea of what their keys are. Not just some idAttribute, though that can be the last part of a compound key. Relations will need to either figure out the key relationships based on the primary keys on either side, or be told explicitly. Have this data available will be the first step, since the other steps will depend on having this information available.

+1, or just to have an ability to easy and fast search through collections using foreign ifAttributes
