The next time someone comes up with some numbers from the literature or expert opinion (or calibration) they have a place to put them. While creating it I also realized that a table of priors would be most useful as a CSV ... but an md file would still be useful for documentation and rationale.
Accidentally included commits from #191; wait until that is merged or just focus on the new docs/parameterizations.md file
