Null Profusion triggers when another player casts its owner's cards

What is the expected behaviour of the card?

• [Null Profusion] should allow its owner to draw whenever they play a card. It should never draw a card in response to someone else playing a card.

What is the actual behaviour of the card?

• When a player plays a card belonging to a player who owns Null Profusion, the owner of Null Profusion draws a card. So far I've only got proof of this with spells being cast through [Etali, Primal Storm] but I believe it might happen from similar effects like [Hedonist's Trove] too. I have not tested [Recycle], the original version of this effect.

This video shows Faiths Fetters, a card exiled by Etali, being cast through Etali's ability. Null Profusion triggers, despite Null Profusion not belonging to Etali's owner.
