File/Find.pm states:
See also the script C<pfind> on CPAN for a nice application of this
module.
cpan> i /pfind/
No objects found of any type for argument /pfind/
side note: why do I get the following warning if I repeat the command again:
Use of uninitialized value in pattern match (m//) at /usr/local/lib/perl5/5.00563/CPAN.pm line 1629.
Anyway, by searching the perl5-porters archive I found that
the author was ilya@math.ohio-state.edu (Ilya Zakharevich)
and I was able to locate it under
CPAN/authors/id/ILYAZ/scripts/pfind.pl.1.17.gz
1) Why did the interactive CPAN module not find it with the "i" command?
2) perhaps the File/Find.pm pod documentation should be changed to
mention a more complete path to the mentioned pfind script ?
3) Is there a way to use the CPAN module to search in indices/find-ls.gz ?
