From geeknik@protonmail.ch

While fuzzing Perl v5.31.2-31-gc8abed4aa5, compiled with Clang and associated sanitizers, the following Assertion Failure was observed:

$ echo "MCAweEA=" | base64 -d | ./perl
Number found where operator expected at test0123.pl line 1, near "0 0x"
perl: toke.c:545: void S_no_op(const char *const, char *): Assertion `s >= oldbp' failed.
Aborted
