Where

$ perl -h | grep ' -0'
  -0[octal] specify record separator (\0, if no argument)

Description

perlrun documentation (https://perldoc.perl.org/perlrun#-0%5Boctal/hexadecimal%5D) says:

-0[octal/hexadecimal]

specifies the input record separator ($/) as an octal or hexadecimal number.

The information provided by perl -h should also be updated to -0[octal/hexadecimal] instead of -0[octal]
