perl5.005\win32\win32.c implements an emulation of the non-ANSI but useful
and BSDish 'times' function named win32_times. It's exported from perl.dll
and called by Devel::DProf. The emulation is incomplete, and the constant
zero return value makes the profiler return bogus information that results
in bogus Total Elapsed Time values in the output of dprofpp.
A simple fix might be to return clock() instead.
While I'm running 5.00502, it appears this bug is still present in both
stable and devel versions (5.005_03 and 5.005_60)
