From The RT System itself

I am kind of new to Perl programming. Just wanted to know if timelocal.pl
the standard time calc code offered in Perl libraries is Y2K compliant. It
says in the book I have that only years greater than 1970 will return
correct calculated times.

Can anyone help me.
