Perl 5.5.62 fails lib/glob-basic test 6 when running as root #732

When I run the tests as root​:

  lib/glob-basic......FAILED at test 6

 
When I run them as mjd, all the glob-basic tests pass.

That appears to be because test 6 is trying to make sure that `glob'
returns an empty list for an unreadable directory. But for root, even
a directory with mode 0 is still readable.

Aren't you supposed *not* to be root while building & testing perl :-)
