Inertia Scrolling is Inconsistent #20

When scrolling with a trackpad, inertia scrolling works inconsistently as compared to other apps (see for example the Twitter App, or iTunes). Sometimes the list will continue to scroll with inertia, other times it will stop dead, with no inertia.

I'm going to spend some time digging into the code, so I'll see if I can figure out why this might be happening.

More fluid scrolling, continued.
Reverse and push further the idea of offscreen preparation as done in commit f30312b.
We add and remove cells in a view hierarchy which from now has a height of three times the height of the visible rectangle; so we are able to quickly respond to `pageDown` and `pageUp` requests.
Fix ViennaRSS/vienna-rss#229 ; should probably fix issue #20 too.
