D bindings for Skia

Skia is an open source 2D graphics library which provides common APIs that work across a variety of hardware and software platforms. It serves as the graphics engine for Google Chrome and Chrome OS, Android, Mozilla Firefox and Firefox OS, and many other products.

Building Skia

The first c-api example was tested by linking libskia.a built with the folloing command:

bin/gn gen out/Release --args="is_official_build=true skia_use_system_freetype2=false skia_enable_tools=false skia_use_libwebp=false skia_use_lua=false skia_use_dng_sdk=false skia_enable_pdf=false skia_enable_gpu=false skia_use_system_libjpeg_turbo=false skia_use_system_libpng=false skia_use_system_zlib=false"
