Cf #2 and _includes/head.html, above: Ask people to comment on rendering problems, which I will fix as needed.
Reference the master issue and the issue file specific to this file.

Make sure file includes "layout: page" (refer to Hyde README, to sidebar.html, etc.

Cf "commit d7110a3": 'colophon.html' should have been 'colophon.md'.
