Using of ctsamplen, ctpower, besamplen, bepower will be similar from one side, from another it's necessary to unify work with simple sample size estimation, TOST estimation (like Bioequivalence) and simulations. Like this way work with descriptive statistics, frequencies, NCA, PD and bioequivalence estimation should be in one concept. After structure rewriting work on functionality can be continued.
