Minor point release to fix bugs.

This should hopefully stop ALV from failing to parse/recognize some logs.

Added OCRS path (doesn't recognize modifiers)
Updated list of interesting items (through Machine Elf)
Tweaked NS fight detection
Added backup run finished detection on freeing King Ralph

Bug fixes:
Don't parse effects as items (fixes acquiring 0 turn effects)
Handle parsing of pulling items with embedded commas (Ouija Board, Ouija Board ...)

Pulled in bombar's fixes for banish handling too.

KoLMafia v15554 use a new format for logging effects.
