setViewport should handle user coords not the under the hood framebuffer coords.
The only issue with this is what to set for width and height for fullscreen mode. Could be that pixels are needed there!?
Experiment2 fix viewport bug using GLFW_COCOA_RETINA_FRAMEBUFFER const
