I'm running on a Mac, OSX 10.9.4. I have no devices attached to the Mac when installing. My preferred reader is Marvin.

After first failure I went to the Calibre config directory and removed all references and resources to the plugin and tried installing again but got same error.

Tried installing the plugin via plugin add and via from file and could not install. The manual install generated an error related to:
No module named PyQt4.Qt

From the plugin add:

calibre, version 2.1.0
ERROR: Install Plugin Failed: A problem occurred while installing this plugin. This plugin will now be uninstalled. Please post the error message in details below into the forum thread for this plugin and restart Calibre.

This is a known incompatibility with the latest Calibre versions. I'm going to update both this plugin and MXD as soon as my time permits. I've just returned from my summer vacations and have to catch up with other stuff first. Please subscribe to issue #105 to stay up to date since I'm closing this as a duplicate bug.
