    calculating derivatives using  neighboring grid points. This version
    now gives converged results for the kinetic and thermal dissipation
    rates also on very low grid resolutions. Tested on 64^3, 96^3, 128^3,
    and 192^3. Observed  convergence well within 1% when averaged over 300
    dimensionless time units.

    the previous implementation. Note however that more aggressive compiler
    flags result in a non-working code, which was not the case before. Is
    this possible a sign that something is wrong?

    used to calculate the dissipation rates. This fixes a previous issue
    with the calculation of the thermal dissipation rate. Now this value
    converges to the theoretical value.

  1. This update introduces the routine factorize in the initialization

    procedure of the code. This routine is used to check the input of the
    horizontal grid resolution and checks whether the input grid resolution
    can be factorized in small prime factors. If not the simulation is
    aborted. For now the threshold is set at 7. In the main a line is added
    to show what the shown output values represent (removed double printing
    of velocity divergence).
