[PATCH] Update the German translation #166

Hi,

please update the German translation in external/tinygettext/test. The updated po files can be obtained from

https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=764522

A link to a patch which can be readily applied will follow soon.
