Croping tables and handwritten Text Recognition with TensorFlow

This repo is a result of discussion of StackOverflow and need to exptract handwritten data from tables. Workflow looks like this

1. Match template and rotate image
2. Recognize rows in the table and crop
3. Recognize text using tensor flow
