[BUG] - string not functioning - unable to take actions it says it has done

Describe the bug
using string has become frustrating. the agent seems to go round and round in circles, takes actions before prompting and says issues are fixed when they are not.
Example: i created a workflow and the one modules had 8 props that were all set to required. i said to string, please change the fields to be optional. after about 4 - 5 tries of it saying the fields are optional, i gave up and went to claude.

this was not the case last week, it feels like something has changed and now I am using claude more and more for accurate debugging.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to '...'
2. Click on '....'
3. Scroll down to '....'
4. See error

Expected behavior
when asking string to modify a module or step I expect it to respond and get it done. If that is not possible, then let me know and I can adjust the module.

Hey @joshrzn, I checked the conversation and see that you were trying to tell String to check the "code" step, but that wasn't specific enough for it to identify the step since pretty much all steps are "code steps".

I suggest you rename that step first, then reference it by its name again. Could you try that and let me know if it helped?
