Storage limitations are becoming the main issue about photo management. It would be extremely useful if Piwigo could be supporting object storage.

Did you find https://github.com/wittman/s3upload already? I haven't tested it, but it might be a solution (after some serious audit to update code to be compatible with the latest version of Piwigo)

10 years old… it is a lot… I personally cannot code, mine was only an insight on what might be useful.
