Slider scroll value issue #13

Looks like the scrollbar is not registering the correct value when the mouse is dragged then released outside of the hitbox area. This is most notable on the Text Editor when scrolling down too fast. It will cut off the text.

If you scroll down slowly the text goes to the end correctly.

After releasing the scrollbar should detect the final position and update it correctly. Alternatively, the scrollbar should look to make sure the slider position always matches the internal value.
