Expected Behavior

If an entry is not yet visible (e.g. it's DRAFT or GONE), don't rewrite the file's Date header.

Still rewrite Entry-ID and UUID though, since those are useful for preparing interlinked content.

Except the point to this is to not have files change in clobbering ways on git-based site deployments. If you are preparing interlinked content there are other approaches to getting Entry-ID et al without using DRAFT mode, such as running the site locally.

This actually doesn't properly address the use case I'm thinking of. If you want to bump the publish time when you remove DRAFT status, just delete the Date header too.

This is actually pretty darn useful after all - when editing an entry in-situ on the website directly.
