Expected Behavior

If an entry is hidden from the index, it means we probably don't want it sneaking into search engine caches or or what have you. See if there's a way to give a no-index/no-cache disposition from the result headers, and if so, do so, and if not, maybe inject <meta> tags if the content-type is HTML.

Looks like the correct headers to set are:

Cache-control: private, no-cache, no-store
X-Robots-Tag: noindex, noarchive
