Add 40x30 menu sprites for Pokémon from Gen 8 and beyond

This would mean we would have to ask Smogon again (since those are used in Pokémon Showdown), but I'd like to have 40x30 menu sprites for Gen 8 and later Pokémon. Compared to the actual menu sprites from Gen 8, those don't have as much negative space, and their maximum size is consistent.
