colored text in configs cause option text to glitch out

Bug description

from the look of it colored text in the config descriptions seem to cause a bug where the colored text goes on top of other text and still show as a normal non colored text as well

Steps to reproduce

1: have a mod that uses colored descriptions in their config installed (like skyocean)
2: open the config in oneconfig.
3: see the glitched text

using prism launcher and fabric loader 0.19.3

hypixel 1.21.11 mods.txt
