[1.0.9] Uppercase letter in 'is' name break template stamping in FF 39 #2267

Once again an uppercase problem.
FF can only instantiate the lowercase version of test element.
Chrome can handle booth.

Bug Occurs since Commit: 8868fdc Commits before are not affected.
