In 1.2.0 we deprecated the `addQPSLimit()` function, suggesting the use of `QPSAction()` as a replacement, but the Lua binding for `QPSAction()` was missing. In addition the documenration was referring to `QPSLimitAction()` instead of `QPSAction()`.
