PowerShell Gallery - Top packages and Stats page are not working

Prerequisites

• Write a descriptive title.
• Make sure you are able to repro it on the latest version
• Search the existing issues.

Steps to reproduce

PowerShell gallery home page has a box for top packages, which is shown as empty:

Also the stats page is giving a HTTP 500.

Expected behavior

No HTTP 500 and no blank table on home page

Actual behavior

HTTP 500
