Like all instances of PrivateBin (an open source tool available to anyone: https://privatebin.info/) and similar encryption services like Signal, Proton, and Wormhole, we have zero knowledge of the data being transferred. This is the entire purpose of end-to-end encryption: total privacy.
If you find abusive content shared through our service, filing a complaint about our website will not solve anything, for the following reasons:
- We are not a host.
- We do not keep logs or track users in any other manner.
- Data is automatically deleted shortly after it is created.
We're unaware of any other non-privacy-breaking measures we can take to mitigate abuse, but we're open to ideas. Complaining to our host, registrar, or any other service we use only wastes your time and theirs. If we can't learn more about the abuse that's taking place, there's no chance we can do anything about it.
