from a variable in the variable view is now working. Toggling a breakpoint in the variables view now adds or removes a watchpoint for that variable.
When a breakpoint resolves to multiple addresses, set it for all addresses. If stepping within the same frame, but all variables are removed, presume it's no longer the same frame and pull all variables over. Conflicts: sublimegdb.py

This prevents the gdb output from being mixed with the program's output, and properly redirects the program output to the console window. Also fixed a bug when trying to insert a breakpoint in code not linked in (ie, there is no actual breakpoint set in the end).
